Charlarue Kids is dedicated to providing the best customer service that we can. As a small, family-owned business, we do have to take into account certain factors when creating our return policy. We appreciate your support of our company, and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
- Time: You have 14 days to request a refund. We only accept products that show no signs of use or damage. If product is defective, we will issue a paid return label. Otherwise, you are responsible for the return fee, and once your refund is approved, it will include the full cost of the purchase, as well as the shipping you paid when you ordered. Once we receive tracking for the return, we will process the refund in order to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
- Method of Return: Your refund will be returned to the payment form used to place your order.
- Exchanges: If a different size is needed and is in stock, we will gladly process an exchange for you, as long as the original item is in new, unwashed condition. If the size you are requesting is in stock, we will ship it to you at no charge once we have received tracking for the returned product. If it is not in stock, we will refund your order, including shipping, once we have received tracking for the returned product. This way, you get your replacement/refund more quickly.

Please provide your order number in your request so that we can better assist you. We will respond within 24 business hours and provide details on how to return your product if approved.
*** Please note, books, candy, and makeup are non-refundable. Some discounted or sale products are non-refundable. If this is the case, it will be indicated on the product page description. Open box items are not eligible for return. Returns are up to our discretion, but we will be fair in our decision.
